We focus intently on the experience of the passersby: how the building meets the pavement, the relationship from outside with the activities within, the quality of materials, legible and coherent design.  Wherever feasible we seek opportunities to create new public realm.

Renewed connectivity has recently been achieved in a new urban plan for a new mixed-use project in Waterloo. An old street, Marlborough Street is re-introduced to create a finer grain, with more intimate scaled streets connecting The Cut with Ufford Street SE1.
