We require brownfield sites in London's inner villages suitable for residential led mixed use development. Sites with potential for 50-200 units. And we are more excited if there is scope for a critical mass of commercial uses and opportunities to create high quality public realm.
Standing out from mainstream developers, Otterlo has formulated a bespoke development agreement framework into which landowners can place land assets enabling them to maximise the value of those assets whilst remaining insulated from development risk.
